The whole DepED Regional Office 02 family wishes to convey its warmest congratulations to all our completers and graduates of 2018 with the theme “K to 12 Learners: Ready to Face Life’s Challenges” (“Mag-aaral ng K to 12: Handa sa Hamon ng Buhay”).
Our gratitude extends to your faculty, administration and staff, parents and teachers community association, as well as the ever-supportive local officials who have contributed greatly to sustaining the school to where it stands now as a productive institution of learning.
We are particularly thankful to this year’s batch of elementary and senior high school graduates who shall make this significant milestone of their institutional history an inspiration amongst their junior elementary and high school completers who shall follow their footsteps onto the next last ladders of the K to 12 program.
Truly, having reached your elementary and senior high school graduation brings you to a nostalgic past -so many people and deeds to remember, so many people and deeds to account for and to be more excited for what and where the k to 12 program could lead you to- “kolehiyo, negosyo o trabaho.” I challenge you then to begin to chart a new story – perhaps even a more challenging journey after your elementary and senior high school graduation.
Now you are ready to live the life of your dreams as you thread the next phase of your challenging student life. When you start living the life of your dreams, there will always be obstacles, doubters, mistakes and setbacks along the way. But with hard work, perseverance and self-belief there is no limit to what you can achieve.
Finally, I want you to ponder on this line from Nelson Mandela: ““Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.”
